If you received a damaged package from UPS:


  • If you are home when the driver arrives, deny shipment of the package. If you accept the shipment in its damaged condition it will be more difficult to file a claim and be successful.


  • If you are not home when the package arrives, do not attempt to open the package. Contact UPS claims at 800.742.5877 and report the damage.


  • If you shipped the package through our location, give us a call at 973.579.1171 and let us know about the problem. We will contact UPS and determine exactly what happened to your package.
